The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist, but some additional training might improve their efficiency. The room was spacious, but lacking chairs, and the breakfast offered was satisfactory.One notable aspect of the hotel was the convenience of the tram stop nearby, providing easy access to the city center. The hotel's own parking, although paid, was a practical amenity. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like a bar fridge and a private bathroom with a shower.Hotel Helen offers decent value for the price, with its good-sized rooms, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. While not a luxurious stay, it provides a comfortable experience for budget-conscious travelers looking to explore Nikolaev.
